基于柯氏模型的临床护士辨证施术培训评价体系的构建 被引量:9

摘要 目的基于柯氏模型构建一套科学、全面的临床护士辨证施术培训评价体系,为临床实施辨证施术培训效果的评价提供标准、量化的参考依据。方法基于柯氏模型框架,在文献分析和科研组讨论的基础上初步拟订评价指标,采用Delphi法邀请16名护理专家就指标体系进行两轮专家论证,确定指标的关键内容。结果两轮函询专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数为0.889;变异系数均<0.25,最终形成临床护士辨证施术培训评价体系,包括4项一级指标,14项二级指标,41项三级指标。结论基于柯氏模型和Delphi法构建的临床护士辨证施术培训评价体系科学、规范、合理,能够为临床护士辨证施术培训效果评价提供标准、量化的参考依据,具有较好的临床指导意义。 Objective To construct a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system of dialectical training for clinical nurses based on Kirkpartic Model,so as to provide a standard and quantitative reference for the evaluation of dialectical nursing training.Methods The first draft evaluation system was formulated based on literature review and group discussions according to Kirkpartic Model.The key indicators were established through two rounds of expert consultation by Delphi Method among 16 nursing experts.Results The positive coefficients of two rounds of consultation were both 100%.The authority coefficient was 0.889 and the coefficient of each indicator variation less than 0.25.Evaluation system of dialectical training for clinical nurses consisted of 4 first-level items,14 second-level items and 41 third-level items.Conclusion The evaluation system of dialectical training is scientific,standardized and reasonable based on Kirkpartic Model and Delphi Method,which can provide reference for the clinical nurses.
