摘要
本文采用紫外线法对4种带臭氧消毒或保洁功能的消毒柜(机)产品的臭氧泄漏量进行了定量分析,分别检测了带臭氧消毒保洁的消毒柜、保洁柜产品在如下几种状态下臭氧的泄漏量:正常工作时打开柜门的臭氧泄漏量浓度;正常消毒周期结束后,立即打开柜门的臭氧泄漏量浓度;正常消毒周期结束10 min后,立即打开柜门的臭氧泄漏量浓度;正常消毒周期结束20 min后,立即打开柜门的臭氧泄漏量浓度。试验结果表明,被测样品在工作时打开柜门,其臭氧泄漏量浓度最高,且臭氧泄漏量均大于标准GB 17988-2008;规定限值0.2 mg/m;。
In this paper,ultraviolet ray method was used to quantitatively analyze the amount of ozone leakage of 4 kinds of disinfection cabinet (machine) products with ozone disinfection or cleaning function.The ozone leakage of 15 groups of disinfection cabinet and cleaning cabinet products under the following conditions weretested:ozone leakage concentration of cabinet door that can be opened during normal operation;immediately after the end of the normal disinfection cycle,open the cabinet door for ozone leakage concentration;10 minutes after the end of the normal disinfection cycle,immediately open the cabinet door ozone leakage concentration;20 minutes after the end of the normal disinfection cycle,immediately open the cabinet door ozone leakage concentration.The experimental results show that,the ozone leakage concentration of the tested samples was the highest when the cabinet door was opened at work,and the ozone leakage is greater than the limit of 0.2 mg/m;stipulated in standard GB17988-2008;.
