饲料中乳酸菌水平对红白锦鲤生长、免疫力、消化酶活性及体色的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本试验用乳酸菌添加量分别为0.00 cfu/g、0.05×10^(8)cfu/g、0.15×10^(8)cfu/g、0.45×10^(8)cfu/g、1.35×10^(8)cfu/g和4.05×10^(8)cfu/g的饲料饲喂红白锦鲤,探究饲料中乳酸菌添加水平对红白锦鲤的生长性能、免疫力、消化酶活性及体色的影响。将900尾红白锦鲤随机分为6组,每组3个重复,每个重复50尾鱼,养殖于18个规格为3 m×5 m×1 m的水泥池中。结果发现:乳酸菌的添加量为0.05×10^(8)~0.15×10^(8)cfu/g时,红白锦鲤生长及免疫指标达到最佳;添加量为0.15×10^(8)cfu/g时,红白锦鲤组织及血清中脂肪酶、α-淀粉酶活性得到显著提升;添加量为0.05×10^(8)cfu/g时红白锦鲤红斑处ΔL*、Δb*值最高,添加量为0.45×10^(8)cfu/g时Δa*值最高,但与0.05×10^(8)cfu/g无显著差异。综上所述,红白锦鲤饲料中乳酸菌最适添加量为0.05×10^(8)~0.15×10^(8)cfu/g。 Cyprinus carpio haematopterus are feed with the feed containing lactic acid bacteria,which addition amounts of lactic acid bacteria were 0 cfu/g,0.05×10^(8) cfu/g,0.15×10^(8) cfu/g,0.45×10^(8) cfu/g,1.35×10^(8) cfu/g and 4.05×10^(8) cfu/g,aiming to explore the effects of the level of dietary lactic acid bacteria on the growth,immunity,digestive enzyme activity and body color of Cyprinus carpio haematopterus.900 Cyprinus carpio haematopterus are randomly divided into 6 groups,each with 3 replicates,and each replicate with 50 fishes,and the specifications of the cement aquaculture pond are 3 m×5 m×1 m.The results show that the best growth and immunity indexes are found in the group with lactic acid bacteria level 0.05×10^(8)~0.15×10^(8) cfu/g.The highest lipase,α-amylase activity are found in the 0.15×10^(8) cfu/g level group.In the 0.05×10^(8) cfu/g level group,the value ofΔL*、Δb*are the highest in all groups,the valueΔa*of the 0.45×10^(8) cfu/g level group is the highest.The optimal addition amount of lactic acid bacteria in the Cyprinus carpio haematopterus is 0.05×10^(8)~0.15×10^(8) cfu/g.
