摘要
以巴音郭楞蒙古自治州水资源开发利用现状为切入视角,以实践调查法对巴州水资源开发利用进行调查。研究中发现,巴州水资源开发利用总体较为落后,灌溉方法落后、城市用水水平不高及粗放式水资源管理对水资源开发利用造成不同程度的影响。在坚持因地制宜原则的基础上,结合巴州地区用水情况提出了水利工程建设及水资源管理等若干措施,同时提出相应的环保建议,对促进地方经济发展、农业产业化及保障水资源开发利用合理化具有实质价值。
From the perspective of the development and utilization status of the water resources in Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture,this paper investigated the development and utilization of the water resources in Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture with the practice investigation method.It was found in the research that the development and utilization of the water resources in Bayingol Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture was relatively backward in general,and the backward irrigation methods,low level of urban water use and extensive water resources management has caused different degrees of influence on the development and utilization of water resources.On the basis of adhering to the principle of adapting measures to local conditions,this paper proposed several measures such as water conservancy project construction and water resources management in combination with the water use situation in the area,and put forward corresponding environmental protection suggestions,which are of substantial value for promoting local economic development,agricultural industrialization and ensuring the rationalization of water resources development and utilization.
