摘要
为在一个工序中同时完成矫直和矫圆两种工序,提出了大型直缝焊管三辊连续复合矫形新工艺。对该工艺过程、辊形分布以及加载参数进行了介绍,开发了三辊连续复合矫形实验设备。以残余椭圆度和残余直线度最小为目标,通过实验方法探究了径向压下量、初始椭圆度、初始直线度、往复弯曲次数以及径厚比等工艺参数对矫形效果的影响。最后提出了一种根据管坯材料和几何尺寸确定径向压下量、辊轴旋转速度和管坯进给速度等工艺参数范围的矫形策略。搭建了三辊连续复合矫形半自动化实验平台,可实现大型直缝焊管直线度和椭圆度的协同调控。矫后管坯的残余直线度和残余椭圆度分别在0.17%和0.4%以内,验证了新工艺的可行性。
To achieve both the straightening and rounding processes simultaneously in one process, a new three-roller continuous and synchronous adjusting straightness and roundness process for longitudinally submerged arc welding(LSAW) pipes was proposed. The process, roller shape distribution and loading parameters were introduced. An experimental equipment for three-roller continuous and synchronous adjusting straightness and roundness was developed. Taking the minimum value of residual roundness and residual straightness as the goal, the effect of process parameters such as radial reduction, initial roundness, initial straightness, reciprocating bending times and radius-thickness ratio on adjusting straightness and roundness effect was investigated by experimental methods. Finally, a strategy of continuous and synchronous adjusting straightness and roundness that determines the range of process parameters such as radial reduction, roller rotation speed and pipe feed speed according to the material and geometric dimension of pipe was put forward. The semi-automatic experimental platform of three-roller continuous and synchronous adjusting straightness and roundness process was built, which can realize the co-regulation of straightness and roundness of LSAW. After straightening and rounding, the residual straightness and the residual roundness of pipes are within 0.17% and 0.4%, respectively, which verify the feasibility of the new process.
