摘要
运用有限元软件,对LNG联运罐箱的低温安全阀进行温度场和热结构耦合应力场的计算,分析阀门温度场、耦合应力场的变化规律并进行应力校核。结合研制样机的实际低温实验测试数据,验证了数值模拟方法的合理性和有效性,并得出了相关结论,可为低温安全阀的结构优化、产品研制提供一定的数据参考。
The finite element software was used to calculate the temperature field and thermal structure coupling stress field of LNG intermodal tank cryogenic safety valve,analyze the valve temperature field,the coupling stress field change law and carry out the stress check.Combined with the actual low-temperature test data of the developed prototype,the rationality and effectiveness of the numerical simulation method were verified,and relevant conclusions were drawn,which could provide a certain experimental reference for the structure optimization of the cryogenic safety valve and product development.
