摘要
目的:观察解毒固肾汤联合高压氧治疗终末期肾病(ESRD)血液透析患者的效果。方法:选取82例ESRD血液透析患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(n=41)与对照组(n=41)。对照组采用高压氧治疗,观察组采用解毒固肾汤联合高压氧治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)和C反应蛋白(CRP)水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.12%(39/41),明显高于对照组的75.61%(31/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血清VEGF、MCP-1和CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:解毒固肾汤联合高压氧治疗ESRD血液透析患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低血清VEGF、MCP-1和CRP水平,效果优于单用高压氧治疗,且安全性良好。
Objective:To observe effects of Jiedu Gushen decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen on hemodialysis patients with endstage renal disease(ESRD).Methods:82 hemodialysis patients with ESRD were selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group(n=41)and control group(n=41)according to the random number table method.The control group received hyperbaric oxygen therapy,while the observation group received Jiedu Gushen decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The clinical efficacy,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)and C-reactive protein(CRP)before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.12%(39/41),which was significantly higher than the control group of 75.61%(31/41),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the serum levels of VEGF,MCP-1 and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Jiedu Gushen decoction combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of the hemodialysis patients with ESRD can improve the total effective rate and reduce the serum VEGF,MCP-1 and CRP levels with good safety.Moreover,it is superior to single hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
