摘要
为彻底解决传统的预埋窗框需要预埋窗框型材的方法,本文分别对门窗镶嵌在梁外侧、梁内侧、板下侧、板上侧、梁下侧、梁上侧的6种工况进行实践研究。结果表明,在设计阶段采用BIM技术,在施工阶段采用桁架筋等方式固定预埋件能够有效地解决装配式混凝土结构内嵌门窗的施工难题。由于采取预埋件的形式,深化设计完成即可投入生产。不用考虑预埋门窗型材的购买,在生产、运输、安装的过程中不需要专门的成品保护,节约造价。生产过程中对预埋件的定位、安装方法简单可行,便于施工和固定,且投入不多,成本发生在可控范围内。本研究对装配式混凝土结构内嵌门窗的施工技术提出了综合性的实施方案。
In order to completely solve the traditional method of embedding window frame profiles,this paper made a practical study on the six working conditions of doors and windows embedded on the outside of the beam,the inside of the beam,the lower side of the plate,the upper side of the plate,the lower side of the beam and the upper side of the beam.The results showed that using BIM Technology in the design stage and truss reinforcement to fix the embedded parts in the construction stage could effectively solve the construction problems of embedded doors and windows in prefabricated concrete structure.Due to the form of embedded parts,it could be put into production after the detailed design was completed.Do not need to consider the purchase of embedded door and window profiles,and do not need special finished product protection in the process of production,transportation and installation,so as to save the cost.The positioning and installation method of embedded parts in the production process was simple and feasible,convenient for construction and fixation,with little investment and controllable cost.This study puts forward a comprehensive implementation scheme for the construction technology of embedded doors and windows in prefabricated concrete structure.
