摘要
利用脉冲加热惰气熔融-热导法对钒氮合金中氮元素含量进行了分析,探究了称样量、分析功率、工作曲线、样品处理、助熔剂选择等因素对氮含量的影响,确定了钒氮合金中氮元素分析的最佳方法。结果表明,在加热功率4000 W、氮积分时间40 s的条件下,称样量控制在0.0250~0.0300 g,利用钢标与粉末标准样品拟合建立工作曲线,再进行单点校正,样品分析结果的准确度和精密度高,可满足河钢宣钢炼钢生产用原料钒氮合金中氮元素含量的检测需求。
The nitrogen content in vanadium nitrogen alloy was analyzed by pulse heating inert gas melting-thermal conductivity method,and the influence of sample size,analytical power,working curve,sample processing,cosolvent selection and other factors on the nitrogen element detection was researched.The best method of nitrogen analysis in vanadium nitrogen alloy is determined.The results show that under the conditions of 4000 W heating power,40 s nitrogen integration time,weighing sample size controlled in the range of 0.0250~0.0300 g,the steel standard and powder standard sample are fitted to establish the working curve,and then the single point correction is carried out.The accuracy and precision of the sample analysis results are high.It can meet the detection requirements of nitrogen content in vanadium nitrogen alloy used for steelmaking production of HBIS Xuansteel.
