摘要
为了研究不同流量下离心泵全流场内部非定常压力脉动分布特性,采用RANS方法和SST k–ω模型对泵内非定常流动进行了数值计算。研究发现,不同流量工况下离心泵扬程和效率计算结果与试验结果的最大偏差在4%以内,验证了数值计算结果与试验结果的良好一致性。数值计算结果显示:小流量工况下,在叶轮多个流道内发现漩涡结构。由压力脉动的时频域分布可知,隔舌处压力脉动的主频为叶频,小流量时叶频处压力脉动的幅值最大,随着流量的增大,叶频处压力脉动幅值逐渐减小。
In order to study the distribution characteristics of unsteady pressure pulsation in the whole flow field of centrifugal pump under different flow conditions,the unsteady flow in the pump was numerically calculated by using RANS method and SST k-ω model.It is found that the maximum deviation between the calculation results of centrifugal pump head and efficiency and the test results under different flow conditions is less than 4%,which verifies the good agreement between the numerical calculation results and the test results.The vortex structure is found in several flow passages of the impeller under low flow rate.From the time-frequency domain analysis of the pressure pulsation,it can be seen that the main frequency of the pressure pulsation near tongue is the blade passing frequency,and the amplitude of the pressure pulsation at the blade passing frequency is the largest under small flow conditions.With the increase of the flow rate,the pressure pulsation at the blade passing frequency decreases gradually.
