摘要
禽呼肠孤病毒(Avian reovirus, ARV)是目前严重危害养禽业发展的一种病原微生物,其引起的禽呼肠孤病毒病在全球各地的家禽养殖场广泛流行。近年来,ARV在我国养禽业的感染率呈逐渐上升趋势,给我国养禽业造成了重大的经济损失。安全、高效的疫苗是有效预防禽呼肠孤病毒病的重要手段。文章综述了国内外禽呼肠孤病毒病弱毒疫苗、灭活疫苗和基因工程疫苗的研究进展,以期为研发有效预防禽呼肠孤病毒病疫苗提供参考。
Avian reovirus(AVR) is a type of pathogenic microorganism that seriously harms the poultry industry and is widespread in poultry farms all over the world. In recent years, the infection rate of ARV in poultry industry in China has increased gradually, which has caused significant economic losses to the poultry industry in China. Safe and efficient vaccine is an important means to prevent avian reovirus disease effectively. This article summarized the research progress of ARV attenuated vaccines, inactivated vaccines and genetic engineering vaccines, and provided a reference for the development of effective vaccine for the prevention of avian reovirus disease.
