摘要
为了使办公椅产品的创新设计更高效,本文将利用可拓学和TRIZ的可拓创新方法以及TRIZ理论的问题解决工具进行融合,并建立形式化、程序化的创新设计方法。以某办公椅为对象进行问题分析,并针对其中一个问题即椅背支撑不足进行深入探索,并在此设计方法的指导下成功提供办公椅椅背问题的解决方案,证明了可拓学和TRIZ融合的创新设计方法的有效性。
In order to make the innovative design of office chair products more efficient,this paper will use the extension innovation method of TRIZ theory,integrate the problem solution instrument of TRIZ theory,and establish a formal and programmed innovative design method.Taking a certain office chair as the object,this paper analyzes the problem,probes into one of the problems,namely the insufficient support of the chair back,and provides a successful solution to the problem under the guidance of the design method,which proves the effectiveness of the innovative design method combining extension and TRIZ theory.
