摘要
目的:调查分析2020年周口市所售蔬菜中有机磷类、氨基甲酸类、拟除虫菊酯类农药残留情况。方法:分别对2020年第二季度和第三季度周口市各蔬菜售卖点进行抽样,运用气相色谱法对各类蔬菜中3大类农药进行检测。结果:共检测蔬菜137份,检出含有农药残留的蔬菜19份,农药超标的5份,137份蔬菜农药残留检出率排序为鳞茎类>茄果类>豆类>瓜类>叶菜类>芸薹类>根茎类;第二季度农药残留检出率是13.89%,第三季度农药残留检出率是13.84%;有机磷类检出率是8.03%,超标率是2.92%;拟除虫菊酯类检出率是7.30%,超标率是0.73%;氨基甲酸类检出率是5.11%,超标率是0.73%。结论:通过本年度监测,反映出2020年周口市市售蔬菜农药残留仍存在一些问题,如农药的超范围使用及禁用农药的使用等。提示相关部门应加强监管,进一步确保食品的安全。
Objective:The study analyzed the pesticide residues of organophosphorus,carbamate,and dewormicides of the vegetable in Zhoukou city in 2020.Method:Samples were taken from the vegetable selling points in Zhoukou in the second and third quarters of 2020,and three categories of pesticides in all kinds of vegetables were detected by gas chromatography.Result:The 137 vegetables were tested,including 19 vegetables containing pesticide residue and 5 vegetables exceeding the standard of pesticides.The detection rates of pesticide residues in 137 vegetables were ranked as bulbs>eggplant fruit>legumes>melon crop Brassica type>leaf>rhizome;the detection rate of pesticide residues was 13.89%in the second quarter and 13.84%in the third quarter;the detection rate of organophosphorus was 8.03%,and the over standard rate was 2.92%;the detection rate of pyrethroids was 7.30%,and the over standard rate was 0.73%;the detection rate of carbamates was 5.11%,and the over standard rate was 0.73%.Conclusion:The annual monitoring showed that there were still many problems in the pesticide residues of vegetables sold in Zhoukou in 2020,such as the use of pesticides beyond the scope and the use of banned pesticides.It is suggested that relevant departments should strengthen supervision to further ensure food safety.
