摘要目的探讨神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪联合早期康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复状况、心理状况的影响。方法选择2018年1月~2021年1月收治的114例脑卒中偏瘫患者进行临床研究。依据患者入院时间的不同,将114例脑卒中偏瘫患者分为基线组57例,行常规治疗;试验组57例,行神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪联合早期康复训练。观察两组患者的病情改善情况,并对比分析其治疗前后的运动功能评分、改良巴氏指数评分、SAS及SDS评分。结果治疗后,试验组患者的运动功能评分和改良巴氏指数评分均显著高于基线组,组间统计学意义突出,P<0.05。此外,治疗后,试验组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分均显著低于基线组,组间统计学意义突出,P<0.05。结论对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施神经肌肉电刺激治疗仪联合早期康复训练,有助于改善患者的康复状态,提高运动功能及日常生活自理能力的同时,还能缓解患者的负性情绪。 Objective To investigate the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment instrument combined with early rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation condition and psychological condition of stroke hemiplegia patients. Methods The 114 stroke hemiplegia patients admitted in the hospital were selected for clinical study from January 2018 to January 2021.According to the admission time, 114 stroke hemiplegia patients were divided into different treatment groups: 57 in baseline group, routine treatment;57 in trial group and neuromuscular electrical stimulation instrument combined with early rehabilitation training.The improvement of the two groups was observed, and the motor function score, modified Pap index score, SAS and SDS scores were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the motor function and modified Pap index scores were significantly higher than the baseline group, significantly significant and P<0.05. Moreover, after treatment, both SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly lower in the trial group, with significant statistical significance between groups and P<0.05. Conclusions The implementation of neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy combined with early rehabilitation training for patients with stroke hemiplegia helps to improve their rehabilitation status, improve exercise function and daily self-care ability, but also relieve the negative emotions of patients, which is worth active promotion and application in clinical practice.
