摘要
单免疫球蛋白白介素-1受体相关蛋白(SIGIRR)是TIR超家族(TIR)成员,在机体大部分组织和器官上广泛表达。由于其结构的特殊性,SIGIRR在炎症与免疫反应中具有负性调控作用。近年来,该作用在炎症免疫相关性疾病中取得了重要进展。SIGIRR在炎症免疫性疾病中表现出的炎症抑制作用,对控制炎症进展、维持机体内炎症反应的平衡至关重要。本文就SIGIRR在感染性疾病、自身免疫病、超敏反应、无菌性炎症及肿瘤等相关疾病中的作用研究进行综述。
Single immunoglobulin interleukin-1 related receptor(SIGIRR)is a member of TIR superfamily,which is widely expressed in most tissues and organs of body.SIGIRR plays a negative regulatory role in inflammation and immune response due to its special structure.In recent years,this effect has made important progress in inflammatory and immune-related diseases.Inflammatory inhibitory effect of SIGIRR is crucial for controlling progression of inflammation and maintaining balance of inflammatory and immune responses in inflammatory and immune-related diseases.Here,we summarized function of SIGIRR in infectious diseases,autoimmune diseases,hypersensitivity,aseptic inflammation and cancer.
