Eu^(3+)掺杂钨酸钇体系荧光粉的制备及发光性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 以氧化钇(Y_(2)O_(3))、氧化铕(Eu_(2)O_(3))与三氧化钨(WO_(3))为原材料,通过调整Y_(2)O_(3)(Eu_(2)O_(3))与WO_(3)的摩尔比例,采用高温固相法制备钨酸钇体系红色荧光粉,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光致发光(PL)等表征分析样品的晶相结构、形貌尺寸和光致发光性质。研究结果表明:当Y_(2)O_(3)与WO_(3)的摩尔比例为1∶1和1∶3时,可分别合成纯相的Y_(2)WO_(6):Eu^(3+)红色荧光粉和Y_(2)W_(3)O_(12):Eu^(3+)红色荧光粉;该系列红色荧光粉可被近紫外光和蓝光有效激发,发射峰值位于615 nm(Eu^(3+)离子的5D0→7F2跃迁)的红光;Y_(2)WO_(6):Eu^(3+)红色荧光粉的相对发光强度明显优于Y2W3O12:Eu^(3+)红色荧光粉;Y2WO6:Eu^(3+)红色荧光粉Eu^(3+)的最佳掺杂浓度(摩尔分数)为5%。 Using yttrium oxide(Y_(2)O_(3)),europium oxide(Eu_(2)O_(3))and tungsten trioxide(WO_(3))as raw materials,Yttrium tungstate system red phosphors were prepared by high temperature solid state method by adjusting the molar ratio of Y_(2)O_(3)(Eu_(2)O_(3))to WO_(3).The crystal structure,morphology,size and photoluminescence properties of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and photoluminescence(PL).The results showed that pure Y_(2)WO_(6):Eu^(3+)red phosphors and Y_(2)W_(3)O_(12):Eu^(3+)red phosphors were synthesized when the molar ratio of Y_(2)O_(3) to WO_(3) was 1∶1 and 1∶3,respectively.This series of red phosphors can be effectively excited by near ultraviolet and blue light,and emit red light with a peak at 615 nm(5D0→7F2 transition of Eu^(3+)ions).It is found that the relative luminescence intensity of Y_(2)WO_(6):Eu^(3+)red phosphor is significantly better than that of Y_(2)W_(3)O_(12):Eu^(3+)red phosphor.In addition,the concentration quenching mechanism of Eu^(3+)doped Y2WO6 red phosphor is discussed,and the optimal doping concentration is determined to be 5%.
