摘要
采用熔融共混法制备了聚乳酸/聚3-羟基丁酸酯-co-3-羟基己酸酯(PLA/PHBH)共混物。研究了共混物在储存过程中分散相PHBH的缓慢结晶行为及其对PLA基体阻隔性能、力学性能和透明性的影响规律。结果表明,当PHBH的质量分数为30%时,PLA/PHBH共混物表现出优异的韧性,其断裂伸长率为150%。在储存过程中,PHBH结晶度由5%逐渐提高至20%,从而有效改善了共混物的水蒸气阻隔性能。储存20 d后,共混物的水蒸气透过系数降低了27%,与纯PLA相比降低了接近30%。
Poly(lactide )/poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyhexanoic) (PLA/PHBH)blends were prepared by melt blending.The slow crystallization behavior of the dispersed PHBH phase of the blends during storage and its law of influence on the barrier properties,mechanical properties and transparency of PLA matrix were studied.The results show when the mass fraction of PHBH is 30%,the PLA/PHBH blends exhibit excellent toughness and the elongation at break is 150%.In the storage process,the crystallinity of PHBH gradually increases from 5%to 20%,thereby effectively improving the water vapor barrier properties of blends.After 20 d of storage,the water vapor permeability of blends is reduced by 27%,which is also reduced by almost 30%comparing with neat PLA.
