摘要
城市绿色基础设施耦合了自然生态系统服务与人类社会福祉,是可持续城市化和生态文明建设的重要保障,也是提升人居环境和改善民生的重要途径。首先基于CiteSpace梳理了2000-2021年中国知网绿色基础设施研究的转变;其次,从宏观、中观、微观三个尺度比较绿色基础设施的空间尺度;从供需—匹配、价值评价、绩效评估三个方面分析绿色基础设施生态系统服务;从格局构建方法、情景模拟技术两个方面归纳绿色基础设施空间格局;从规划政策、工程技术两个方面总结绿色基础设施规划技术;最后,提出随着以大数据和开放数据为代表新数据的出现,绿色基础设施空间响应与规划技术的数据来源、研究范式、成果表达等方面皆发生了变革,应重点从4个方面进行融合:(1)基于功能—格局关联的城市绿色基础设施景观服务识别与评价研究;(2)基于供给—需求匹配的城市绿色基础设施过程响应与空间关联研究;(3)基于权衡—协同比较的城市绿色基础设施绩效评估与情景模拟研究;(4)基于管控—共治融合的城市绿色基础设施规划技术与管理措施研究。
Objectives:Urban green infrastructure couples natural ecosystem services with human social welfare.It is not only an important guarantee for sustainable urbanization and ecological civilization construction,but also an important way to improve the living environment and people’s livelihood.Methods:(1) Based on the CiteSpace software,this paper summarizes the transformation of green infrastructure research from 2000 to 2021 in CNKI;(2) this paper compares the spatial scales of green infrastructure from macro,meso and micro scales;analyzes the green infrastructure ecosystem services from three aspects of supply and demand matching,value evaluation and performance evaluation;inducts the spatial pattern of green infrastructure from two aspects of pattern construction method and scenario simulation technology;summarizes the green infrastructure planning technology two aspects of from planning policy and engineering technology.Results:With the emergence of new data represented by big data and open data,the data source,research paradigm and achievement expression of green infrastructure spatial response and planning technology have been changed.The optimization framework should focus on the integration of the following 4 aspects:(1) urban green infrastructure landscape service identification and evaluation based on function-pattern correlation;(2) urban green infrastructure process response and spatial correlation based on supply-demand matching;(3) urban green infrastructure performance evaluation and scenario simulation based on comparison of trade-off and synergies;(4) urban green infrastructure planning technology and management measures based on the integration of management-control and co-governance.
