Optimization of Corrosion Inhibitors for Acidizing in LH Oilfield

摘要 LH油田储层污染严重,采用酸化解堵以恢复储层渗透率,为减缓酸化酸液对井下管柱及工具的腐蚀,开展了对酸液12%HCl+15%改性硅酸的缓蚀研究。通过不同温度条件下的静态失重腐蚀,实验对市售的四种不同类型缓蚀剂(季铵盐类缓蚀剂FSH、曼尼希碱类缓蚀剂FRC、席夫碱类缓蚀剂YC-1#以及咪唑啉类缓蚀剂YC-2#)进行了缓蚀性能评价筛选,优选出了一种适用于M油田酸化酸液的缓蚀剂,并对其加量进行了优化。结果表明,在60℃条件下季铵盐类缓蚀剂FSH和曼尼希碱类缓蚀剂FRC具有较好的缓蚀剂效果,而在90℃条件下仅有季铵盐类缓蚀剂FSH满足使用标准。结合LH油田地层温度条件,优选季铵盐类缓蚀剂FSH为LH油田酸化用缓蚀剂,推荐加量为1.5%~2.0%。 The reservoir of LH oilfield is seriously polluted.Acidizing and plugging removal is used to restore the reservoir permeability.In order to slow down the corrosion of acidizing acid to downhole string and tools,the corrosion inhibition study of acid 12%HCl+15%modified silicic acid is carried out.Through static weight-loss corrosion experiments at different temperatures,the corrosion inhibition performance of four different types of corrosion inhibitors(quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitor FSH,Mannich base corrosion inhibitor FRC,Schiff base corrosion inhibitor YC-1#and imidazoline corrosion inhibitor YC-2#)on the market is evaluated and screened.A corrosion inhibitor suitable for acidizing acid in M oilfield is selected and its dosage is optimized.The results show that quaternary ammonium salt inhibitor FSH and Mannich base inhibitor FRC have good corrosion inhibitor effect at 60℃,while only quaternary ammonium salt inhibitor FSH meets the service standard at 90℃.Combined with the formation temperature conditions of LH oilfield,quaternary ammonium salt corrosion inhibitor FSH is selected as the corrosion inhibitor for acidification of M oilfield,and the recommended dosage is 1.5%~2.0%.
