摘要
为解决金沙水电站主变压器运行温度过高的问题,结合现场主变运行实况,对几种主变压器冷却方式进行对比分析,提出将主变压器冷却方式改造成油浸风冷式的方法使主变压器油温达到运行要求。通过加装风机增强主变散热,加装风机后主变在满负荷条件下绕组温度降低至85℃以下,主变上层油温长期在60℃~75℃,散热效果良好。采用油浸风冷为主变压器冷却方式改造兼顾运行及经济效益是最佳方案。
In order to solve the problem of excessive operating temperature of the main transformer of Jinzhongjiu Hydropower Station,combined with the actual operation of the main transformer on site,a comparative analysis of several main transformer cooling methods is carried out,and the method of transforming the main transformer cool⁃ing mode into an oil-soaked air-cooled method is proposed to make the main transformer oil temperature meet the operating requirements.After installing a fan to enhance the main transformer cooling,the winding temperature of the main transformer under full load reduced to below 85℃,the upper layer oil temperature of main transformer is at 60℃-75℃for a long time,the cooling effect is good.Taking into account the operation and economic benefits,the oil-soaked air-cooled transformer cooling mode is the best transformation solution.
