摘要
水利工程建设用地是当前水利建设的主要制约之一。文章从浙江省水利建设的用地需求、当前土地政策出发,对存在的用地难问题进行了深入的调研,并提出了如何在确保水利工程基本功能的前提下,创新规划设计理念,集约高效用地的思路和措施。
The land use of water project construction is one of the main constraints of the current water conservancy construction. In this paper, the land demand and current land policies of water project construction in Zhejiang Province are summarized. Then this paper makes an in-depth survey on the existing land use constraints for water project construction, and puts forward recommendations and measures on intensive and efficient land use by innovating planning and design concepts on the premise of ensuring the basic functions of water projects.
