摘要
目的探讨临床在实施麻醉诱导时分别应用七氟醚与异丙酚的麻醉效果。方法87例行手术治疗的患者,根据随机数字表法分为常规组(40例)和实验组(47例)。常规组患者采用异丙酚静脉麻醉诱导,实验组患者采用七氟醚吸入麻醉诱导。比较两组麻醉指标、不良反应发生情况及手术前后认知功能。结果实验组麻醉起效时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间分别为(1.24±0.13)、(10.16±1.05)、(11.75±2.18)min,均短于常规组的(2.04±0.19)、(23.20±2.89)、(16.01±1.52)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率为6.4%,略低于常规组的10.0%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后即刻、术后1 d,实验组简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分分别为(26.45±0.72)、(27.53±0.31)分,均高于常规组的(25.17±0.95)、(26.52±0.84)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以七氟醚吸入麻醉诱导方式实施麻醉,能够显著缩短手术患者麻醉起效时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间,对患者术后认知功能影响较小,且安全性高,值得临床深入推广与应用。
Objective To discuss the anesthesia effect of induction of anesthesia with sevoflurane versus propofol.Methods A total of 87 patients with surgical treatment were divided into conventional group(40 cases)and experimental group(47 cases)according to the random numerical table.Patients in the conventional group were induced by intravenous anesthesia with propofol,and the patients in the experimental group were induced by inhalation anesthesia with sevoflurane.The anesthesia indexes,occurrence of adverse reactions and cognitive function before and after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The onset time of anesthesia,recovery time and extubation time of the experimental group were(1.24±0.13),(10.16±1.05),and(11.75±2.18)min,which were shorter than(2.04±0.19),(23.20±2.89),and(16.01±1.52)min of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 6.4%,which was slightly lower than 10.0% in the conventional group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Immediately after surgery and 1 d after surgery,the mini mental state examination scale(MMSE)scores of the experimental group were(26.45±0.72)and(27.53±0.31)points,which were higher than(25.17±0.95)and(26.52±0.84)points of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Inhalation induction of anesthesia with sevoflurane can significantly shorten the onset time of anesthesia,recovery time and extubation time,and has less impact on patients'postoperative cognitive function.It is safe,and worthy of in-depth clinical promotion and application.
