摘要
目的探究及观察康复新液对胃溃疡患者氧化应激及细胞免疫状态的影响。方法86例胃溃疡患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组进行常规胃溃疡治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用康复新液进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果以及患者治疗前后的氧化应激指标、细胞免疫指标水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.67%高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2、4周,观察组患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)分别为(75.65±7.56)、(78.61±7.91)U/ml,均高于对照组的(70.61±6.63)、(73.86±7.36)U/ml、过氧化氢酶(CAT)分别为(12.59±1.78)、(15.56±2.03)U/ml,均高于对照组的(10.32±1.61)、(12.26±1.79)U/ml,血清丙二醛(MDA)分别为(4.01±0.53)、(3.71±0.43)nmol/ml,均低于对照组的(5.20±0.66)、(4.63±0.59)nmol/ml,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周及4周观察组患者的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液在胃溃疡患者中的应用效果较好,且对氧化应激及细胞免疫状态有积极的影响,因此在胃溃疡患者中的应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate and observe the influence of Kangfuxin liquid on oxidative stress and cellular immune status of patients with gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 86 patients with gastric ulcer were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional gastric ulcer treatment,while the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin liquid on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,the levels of oxidative stress indexes and cellular immune indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 97.67% of the observation group was higher than 81.40% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the observation group were(75.65±7.56)and(78.61±7.91)U/ml,both were higher than(70.61±6.63)and(73.86±7.36)U/ml in the control group;the catalase(CAT)were(12.59±1.78)and(15.56±2.03)U/ml,both were higher than(10.32±1.61)and(12.26±1.79)U/ml in the control group;the serum malondialdehyde(MDA)were(4.01±0.53)and(3.71±0.43)nmol/ml,both were lower than(5.20±0.66)and(4.63±0.59)nmol/ml in the control group.All the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of CD3^(+) and CD4^(+) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8^(+) was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Kangfuxin liquid has good effect on patients with gastric ulcer,and its influence for oxidative stress and cellular immune status are more active,so it has a high application value in patients with gastric ulcer.
