摘要
对收集的43份叶用莴苣种质资源的21个表型性状进行了系统鉴定。10个质量性状表型丰富;11个数量性状的变异系数的分布范围在4.88%~28.05%之间,3种类型叶用莴苣叶片相关数量性状中,单株(球)重变异系数在12.91%以上,株幅的变异系数较小。散叶莴苣单株重与株高、叶宽、叶柄长、叶片数呈极显著正相关;油麦菜叶长与单株重呈显著相关;株幅与叶宽、叶柄厚呈极显著负相关;结球莴苣叶长与叶宽,球横径与单球重呈极显著正相关;株高与叶柄厚,叶宽与球叶数呈极显著负相关。叶用莴苣资源在产量性状上具有丰富的遗传信息和选择潜力。对43份参试材料的表型性状及产量、抗病性等性状进行综合评价,S7、Y2、J1的田间综合性状表现优良。由此可知,利用不同叶用莴苣资源农艺性状的特异性和多样性,筛选出具有特定性状和综合性状优良的种质资源,为今后资源的利用和种质创制提供参考。
The 21 phenotypic traits of 43 lettuce germplasm resources were systematically identified.The phenotypes of the 10 quality traits were abundant.The coefficient of variation of 11 quantitative characters ranged from 4.88%to 28.05%.Among leaf related quantitative characters of the three types of leaf lettuce,the coefficient of variation of weight per plant(head)was more than 12.91%,and the coefficient of variation of plant width was small.Single plant weight was significantly positively correlated with plant height,leaf width,petiole length and leaf number.The leaf length of lettuces was significantly correlated with the weight per plant.Plant width was negatively correlated with leaf width and petiole thickness.There was significantly positive correlation between leaf length and leaf width,head diameter and head weight.Plant height was negatively correlated with petiole thickness,and leaf width was negatively correlated with leaf number.Leaf lettuce resources have rich genetic information and selection potential in yield traits.The phenotypic traits,yield and disease resistance of 43 tested materials were comprehensively evaluated.The field comprehensive characters of S7,Y2 and J1 were excellent.This study identified the specificity and diversity of agronomic traits of different leaf lettuce resources,and screened out germplasm resources with excellent specific traits and comprehensive traits,providing reference for resource utilization and germplasm creation in the future.
