摘要
试验旨在探究日粮中加入复合植物营养素对舍饲小尾寒羊生长性能和血清指标的影响。试验选取体重(24.18±0.31)kg、健康的4月龄小尾寒羊母羊16只,分为2组,每组8个重复。对照组小尾寒羊饲喂基础日粮,试验组小尾寒羊饲喂在基础日粮中添加3‰复合植物营养素的试验日粮。试验期97 d,预试期7 d,正式试验期90 d。结果显示:与对照组相比,试验组小尾寒羊平均日增重(ADG)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且末重(FBW)有提高的趋势(P>0.05)。试验组小尾寒羊血清中肌酐(CREA)的浓度显著增加(P<0.05)。试验组小尾寒羊血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著增强(P<0.05)。试验组小尾寒羊血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)的含量显著增加(P<0.05)。研究表明,在日粮中加入复合植物营养素能够有效改善小尾寒羊生长性能、机体免疫力、抗氧化功能。
The study was to explore the effect of adding compound plant nutrients to the diet on growth performance and serum indexes of Small Tailed Han sheep.Sixteen 4-month-old Small Tail Han ewes with similar body weight(24.18±0.31)kg and good health were selected and divided into two groups,with eight replicates in each group.The sheep in control group were fed with basal diet,and the sheep experimental group were fed with experimental diet supplemented with 3‰ compound plant nutrients in basal diet.The test period was 97 d,the pre-test period was 7 d,and the formal period was 90 d.The results showed that compared with the control group,the average daily gain(ADG)of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The concentration of serum CREA in experimental group was significantly increased(P<0.05).The activities of SOD,GSH-Px,CAT and T-AOC in sheep serum of experimental group were significantly increased(P<0.05).The content of IgG in sheep serum of experimental group significantly increased(P<0.05).The study indicates that the addition of compound plant nutrients in diets can effectively improve the growth performance,body immunity and antioxidant properties of fattening ewes of Small Tail Han sheep.
