摘要
为了提升用户对宠物猫陪伴机器人满意度,构建出一种产品开发模型对宠物猫陪伴机器人进行设计研究。首先,基于Kano模型对用户需求的属性类别进行划分;其次,引入AHP法计算出不同属性的需求权重;最后,根据需求排序进行设计构想,并对最佳方案进行优化设计。Kano-AHP模型有利于科学划分用户需求属性以及准确获取需求优先排序,增加设计方案的合理性,从而提升用户满意度。该方法可为同类产品开发提供新思路。
In order to improve users’ satisfaction with pet cat companion robot,a product development model was built to design and study pet cat companion robot.Firstly,the attribute categories of user requirements are divided based on Kano model.Secondly,the AHP method is introduced to calculate the demand weight of different attributes.Finally,the design concept is sorted according to the needs,and the optimal design is carried out.Kano-AHP model is conducive to the scientific classification of user demand attributes and the accurate acquisition of demand priority,increase the rationality of the design scheme,so as to improve user satisfaction.This method can provide a new idea for the development of similar products.
