氧化膜活性恢复及硬度对去除水中氨氮和锰的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了探明被长期搁置的石英砂成熟滤料再次投入使用时其表面氧化膜活性的恢复情况,同时考察进水中硬度变化对同步去除地下水中氨氮和锰的影响,利用中试过滤系统开展实验研究。结果表明:60 d未使用的成熟滤料再次投入使用时,仅需2.5 d即可恢复对水中氨氮和锰的高效去除;当进水硬度达到701 mg/L时,对氨氮和锰的去除率明显降低,停止投加后,系统在12 h内可恢复对氨氮和锰的高效去除。分别利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)以及X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对氧化膜表面进行微观表征,由SEM发现硬度的增加导致膜表面的多孔结构被堵塞;EDS显示膜表面Ca含量增加明显,增加的钙物质影响氨氮和锰的有效去除;XPS表明氧化膜的化学形态为Mn_(3)O_(4)和MnO,含钙物质Ca[Mn(OH)_(6)]_(2)的存在覆盖在氧化膜表面及空隙中,是导致污染物去除率下降的主要原因。 In order to explore the activity recovery of the quartz sand mature filter materials when some unused mature filter materials were used again,and the effect of hardness change on the removal of NH_(4)^(+) and Mn^(2+) was also investigated,a pilot-scale filter experiment system was used for this study.The results showed that when these unused filter materials that had not been used for 60 days were used again,the activity of the oxide film could be restored in only 2.5 days.When the hardness in influent reached 701 mg/L,the removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen and manganese were significantly reduced.The efficient removal of ammonia nitrogen and manganese was restored within 12 hours after adding stopped.The surface of the oxide film was microscopically characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).It was found from SEM that the increase in hardness caused some substance to block the porous structure of the film surface;from EDS that the content of calcium on the film surface increased significantly,and the increased calcium substance might cause the decrease in removal efficiency of ammonia nitrogen and manganese;and from XPS that MnO and Mn_(3)O_(4) might be the chemical forms of the oxide film,and Ca[Mn(OH)_(6)]_(2) covered on the surface and in the pores of the oxide film,which was the main reason for the decrease of the pollutants removal.
