摘要
目的探讨翻转课堂联合慕课教学模式在骨科中西医结合临床教学中的应用。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院骨科实习的98名中西医结合专业实习生,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,观察组采用翻转课堂联合慕课教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,比较2组临床教学效果。结果观察组学生理论成绩和实践成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组学生的医患沟通能力、分析归纳能力、知识掌握能力均得到明显提升,且观察组学生成绩提高更明显(P<0.05);观察组学生总满意率79.59%(39/49)明显高于对照组的51.02%(25/49)(P<0.05)。结论翻转课堂联合慕课教学模式应用于骨科中西医结合临床教学中,可提高学生的理论成绩和实践技能成绩,提高教学满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of flipped classroom combined with MOOC teaching mode in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical teaching for orthopedics.Methods From June 2019 to June 2020,98 interns of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the department of orthopedics of Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The observation group was adopted the flipped classroom combined MOOC teaching model while the control group was given the traditional teaching mode.The clinical teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical and practical scores of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the doctor-patient communication ability,analysis and induction ability,and knowledge mastery ability of the two groups were significantly improved,and the scores of the observation group improved significantly(P<0.05);The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was 79.59%(39/49),which was significantly higher than 51.02%(25/49)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined teaching mode of flipped classroom and MOOC teaching in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical teaching for orthopedics can improve theoretical knowledge and practical ability,increase satisfaction with teaching,and it has high teaching promotion value.
