摘要
目的:分析瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚麻醉在无痛人工流产术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年4月行无痛人工流产术的患者120例,按照不同麻醉方式分为两组,各60例。对照组采用丙泊酚麻醉;试验组采用瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚联合麻醉。比较两组手术相关指标水平、镇痛效果、血流动力学指标水平及不良反应发生率。结果:试验组丙泊酚用量、术中出血量、术后苏醒时间及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组镇痛效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术中血流动力学指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在无痛人工流产术中应用瑞芬太尼与丙泊酚联合麻醉,不仅可以减少麻醉药物的用药剂量,缩短苏醒时间,还能提高镇痛效果,且不会对机体的血流动力学指标产生较大影响。
Objective: To analyze the application effect of remifentanil and propofol anesthesia in patients undergoing painless artificial abortion. Methods: From June 2020 to April 2021, 120 patients who underwent painless artificial abortion were selected and divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with propofol. The experimental group received the combined anesthesia of remifentanil and propofol. The levels of operation-related indexes, analgesic effect, levels of hemodynamic indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The dosage of propofol, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative recovery time and incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The analgesic effect in the experimental group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of intraoperative hemodynamic indexes between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Remifentanil and propofol combined anesthesia in painless artificial abortion can not only reduce the dosage of anesthetic drugs, shorten the time of recovery, but also improve the analgesic effect, without a great influence on the level of hemodynamic indexes of the body.
