摘要
服务学习作为一种教学方法,主张课程教学执行与社区服务实践的有效融合,强调在主体互动的能动学习方式中形成反思。社会工作教学执行中因教学场域结构关系的有界存在,课堂理论教学与实践技能教学分割运行,在已固化的教学实践逻辑中难以形成有效的教学形态并达到预期教学效果。在服务学习设计、执行和反思的教学过程中发现,服务学习对于诠释过程性评价、激发明辨性思维、夯实专业性技能具有现实增能作用。服务学习成效折射出参与教学主体的反思实践需要多维学习能力下的身份反思,以及关系性存在对于知识共同体构建路径的价值。
As a teaching method,service-learning advocates the effective integration of curriculum teaching execution and community service practice,and emphasizes the formation of reflection in the active learning mode of subject interaction.In the implementation of social work teaching,due to the bounded existence of the relationship between teaching field structure,the separation of classroom theory teaching and practical skill teaching makes it difficult to achieve the expected teaching effect.In the process of teaching execution of service-learning design,implementation and reflection,it is found that service learning plays a practical and empowering role in interpreting process evaluation,stimulating discerning thinking and strengthening professional skills.The results of service-learning reflect that the reflective practice of teaching subjects requires identity reflection under multi-dimensional learning ability and the value of relational existence to the path of knowledge community construction.
