摘要
为了提高煤矿井下回采工作面沿空留巷的成功率,以及对沿空留巷围岩稳定性的控制。本文以金谷矿10901工作面为工程背景,采用沿空留巷技术将10901运输巷保留下来,作为10903工作面的回风巷道,通过理论分析,将基本顶简化为板结构,对其回转下沉力学进行分析,分析认为板在受纵向压应力时更容易破坏,对采空区顶板实施预裂切顶有利提高沿空留巷的成功率和完整性。在此基础上,结合工程地质资料,详细设计了沿空留巷预裂切顶方案和锚索补强支护方案,并运用于工程实践。通过对现场监测发现,采用预裂切顶和锚索补强支护后成巷比较完整,巷道顶底板位移和两帮位移较小,能够满足下区段工作面的生产要求。
In order to improve the success rate of gob-side entry retaining in coal mining face and control the stability of surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining.In this paper,the 10901 working face of Jingu Mine is taken as the engineering background,and the 10901 transportation roadway is retained by the gob-side entry retaining technology as the return air roadway of the 10903 working face.Through theoretical analysis,the basic roof is simplified as a plate structure,and the rotary subsidence mechanics is analyzed.The analysis shows that the plate is more likely to be destroyed when subjected to longitudinal compressive stress,which is beneficial to improve the success rate and integrity of gob-side entry retaining.On this basis,combined with engineering geological data,the pre-splitting roof cutting scheme and anchor cable reinforcement support scheme of gob-side entry retaining are designed in detail and applied to engineering practice.Through field monitoring,it is found that the roadway is relatively complete after pre-splitting roof cutting and anchor cable reinforcement support,and the displacement of roadway roof and floor and the displacement of two sides are small,which can meet the production requirements of the working face in the lower section.
