摘要
"优势人群"概念的提出与深化推动了精准医学的发展,使肿瘤患者生存获益明显改善。界定中医优势人群的内涵与外延,提出基于生存获益评价的筛选标准,采用宏观与微观相结合的技术手段,引入符合优势人群特色的富集设计方法,聚焦优势人群的中医学特征,将为提升中医药防治肿瘤的疗效提供新策略。通过提炼中医优势人群应用特征可丰富中医证候科学内涵和生物学基础、精准临床定位以提升中医药防治疗效、指导中医药作用机制探索、促进抗肿瘤中药新药研发及实现中医药精准治疗。
The concept of “dominant population” has promoted the development of precision medicine,bringing significant benefits for tumor patients. To increase the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)on tumors,a new strategy can be developed by defining the connotation and extension of the dominant population in TCM,proposing the survival benefit evaluation-based screening criteria,useing combined macroscopic and microscopic techniques,introducing enrichment designs in line with the characteristics of the dominant population,and putting focus on the TCM features of the dominant population. By summarizing the characteristics of the applied dominant population of TCM,the scientific connotation and biological basis of TCM can be enriched;the precise clinical positioning can be refined to improve the effect of TCM in prevention and treatment;the exploration of the mechanism of TCM can be guided;and the research and development of new anti-tumor TCM drugs and precision treatment can be promoted.
