潘家口蓄能电厂4号机组主轴摆度偏大分析与处理 被引量:3

Analysis and Treatment on Severe Run-out of Main Shaft of Unit 4#of Panjiakou Pump Storage Power Plant

摘要 水电机组在运行过程中主要受到水力、电气和机械三种因素的藕联影响。在电气因素引起的问题中,径向磁拉力不平衡就是典型之一。潘家口蓄能电厂4号机组存在严重的磁拉力不平衡,使得主轴摆度大幅增大,尤其是上导摆度。本文对该机组上导摆度偏大的现象、原因分析及处理进行了详细的论述,结果发现转子采用的大小磁极和不等间距的磁极布置是导致磁拉力不平衡的主要原因,最后通过动平衡配重大幅减小了主轴摆度,优化了机组运行条件。本文论述的原因分析及处理方法可为类似问题的处理提供参考借鉴。 Hydroelectric units are mainly affected by the coupling of hydraulic,electrical and mechanical factors during operation.Among the problems caused by electrical factors,the unbalanced radial magnetic tension is one of the typical cases.There is severe unbalanced magnetic pull in unit 4 of Panjiakou pump storage power plant,as a result,the run-out of main shaft increased extremely,especially the run-out of upper guide bearing.In this paper,the phenomenon,analysis and treatment on excessive run-out of upper guide bearing of this unit were discussed in detail,and it was found that big and small magnetic poles and the arrangement of it with unequal spacing was the main cause.At last,the runout of main shaft was greatly reduced by dynamic balance test,meanwhile,the operating conditions of the unit were optimized.Furthermore,the cause analysis and treatment method discussed in this paper can be as a reference for the treatment of similar problems.
