某研究堆水冷同位素监控系统改造设计

摘要 为满足国内对某材料辐照生产能力的需求,结合某研究堆现有水冷同位素辐照孔道数量不能满足以上产能要求以及现有回路的冷却能力不足的现状,必须对现有水冷同位素辐照孔道进行提升改造。为满足以上改造需求,需在现有一条靶件堆外冷却回路系统的基础上,新增一条靶件堆外冷却回路系统,并对其配套回路监控系统进行改造。改造后的监控系统采用DCS实现热工测量、电气监控等系统数据的巡检、显示、报警等功能,使运行人员能及时得到系统的各种数据从而监视水冷同位素冷却系统的运行状态,便于运行人员对整个系统进行监视和管理,满足靶件辐照生产的需要,对于保证靶件辐照安全起到重要作用。 In order to meet the demand of the irradiation production capacity of A material in China, considering that the number of water-cooled isotope irradiation channels can not meet the above production capacity requirements and the cooling capacity of the existing circuit is insufficient, it is necessary to upgrade the existing water-cooled isotope irradiation channels.In order to meet the needs of the above-mentioned reconstruction, it is necessary to add a new external cooling loop system on the basis of the existing one. The improved monitoring system uses DCS to realize the functions of patrol inspection, display and alarm of the system data, such as thermal measurement, electrical monitoring, etc., so that operators can get all kinds of data of the system in time to monitor the operation state of the water-cooled Isotope cooling system. It is convenient for operators to monitor and manage the whole system to meet the needs of target irradiation production.The improved monitoring system plays an important role in ensuring the safety of target irradiation.
