摘要
针对化工园区采样检测程序复杂、存在人为误差等现状,提出了基于GR Tracer浓缩仪的在线VOCs监测系统,对系统的检出限、回归系数、精密度进行了有效测定,并进行了现场工业性试验。试验结果表明,系统的检出限为0.326×10^(-9),精密度在0.18%~2.6%,系统所测数据与实际样品匹配度较高,均满足产业园区空气特征污染自动监控系统设计要求。
In view of the current situation of complex sampling and detection procedures and human errors in chemical industry park,an online VOCs monitoring system based on Gr Tracer concentrator is proposed.The detection limit,regression coefficient and precision of the system are effectively measured,and the field industrial test is carried out.The test results show that the detection limit of the system is 0.326×10^(-9),with a precision of 0.18%~2.6%.The data measured by the system are highly matched with the actual samples,which meet the design requirements of the automatic monitoring system for air characteristic pollution in the industrial park.
