摘要
远程接口单元是飞机机电系统的重要组成部分,是机电系统的执行终端。针对远程接口单元开发、调试、试验、测试和验证的需要,设计了远程接口单元测试系统。该测试系统基于LabWindows/CVI软件开发,可以实现远程接口单元的接口自动测试和应用组网测试。实践效果表明,该测试系统测试覆盖率高、工作稳定可靠,能够显著提高远程接口单元的生产调试效率。
The Remote Interface Unit(RIU)is the important part of the the airborne electromechanical system,,and it is the executive terminal of electromechanical system.In order to satisfy the RIU requirements of the design,debug,experimentation,test and verify,this paper designs a RIU test system.The system design is based on LabWindows/CVI and it can realize the interface automatic testing and application networking testing.The practical effort indicates that the test system has high test coverage and works stably and reliably,meanwhile it can improve the efficiency of the RIU debugging and manufacture.
