摘要
急性胸痛即为突发性胸痛,是临床较为常见的一类急性症状,可由多类疾病诱发。如患者得不到及时救治,严重者可导致死亡。该研究项目基于当下乡镇急性胸痛问题,以县域医共体为基础,构建与探索乡镇急性胸痛防治体系。目的在于急性发病后及时对患者病情进行干预,根据不同乡镇的医疗水平和转运时间制定转运流程和预案,对急性胸痛患者及时诊治,以降低农村急性胸痛发病率、致残率、复发率及病死率。
Acute chest pain is sudden chest pain,which is a more common clinical acute symptom,which can be induced by many types of diseases.If the patient is not treated in time,severe cases can lead to death.This research project is based on the current acute chest pain problem in villages and towns,and is based on the county medical community to construct and explore the prevention and treatment system of acute chest pain in villages and towns.The purpose is to promptly intervene in the patient's condition after acute onset,formulate transfer procedures and plans based on the medical level and transfer time of different townships,and diagnose and treat patients with acute chest pain in a timely manner,so as to reduce the incidence,disability,recurrence and death of acute chest pain in rural areas.
