追踪方法学结合PDCA护理管理程序在重度颅脑损伤患者术后管路管理中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究追踪方法学结合PDCA护理管理程度在重度颅脑损伤患者术后的管路管理中的应用价值。方法选择该院的60名护理人员为例,同时以该院2019年3月—2021年3月期间收治的100例重度颅脑损伤患者作为该研究的对象,护理人员分成观察组和对照组,患者分成观察A组和对照B组,两组护理人员采用不同方法管理管路,比较两组护理管理效果以及患者的护理满意度以及安全性。结果观察组护理管理效果以及观察A组患者安全性均高于对照组以及对照A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重度颅脑损伤患者通过追踪方法学结合PDCA护理管理程序管理管路,能够有效提升护理管理效果及其安全性,应用价值高,值得推广。 Objective To study the application value of tracing methodology combined with PDCA nursing management level in the postoperative management of patients with severe head injury.Methods 60 nursing staff in the hospital were selected.At the same time,100 patients with severe head injury admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the subjects of the study.Through a controlled study,nursing staff were divided into observation group and control group,and patients were divided into observation group A and control group B.The two groups of nursing staff used different methods to manage the pipeline,and compared the nursing management effect of the two groups of nursing and the patient's nursing satisfaction and safety.Results The nursing management effect of the observation group and the safety of patients in the observation group A were higher than those in the control group and the control group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of tracking methodology and PDCA nursing management program management pipeline for patients with severe head injury can effectively improve the effectiveness and safety of nursing management.It has high application value and is worthy of promotion.
