摘要
目的:观察加味人参乌梅汤治疗小儿气阴两虚证泄泻的临床疗效。方法:120例随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例。治疗组予以加味人参乌梅汤治疗,对照组予以思密达联合金双歧治疗。结果:显控率治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组症状均改善,精神、食欲、尿量、口渴、舌质、舌苔及缩短泄泻时间改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:加味人参乌梅汤治疗小儿气阴两虚证泄泻临床疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Modified Renshen Wumei Decoction in the treatment of diarrhea in children with deficiency of Qi and Yin.Methods:A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with Modified Renshen Wumei Decoction while the control group were treated with Smita combined with Golden bifid.Results:The marked control rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The symptoms of both groups were improved,and the improvement of spirit,appetite,urine volume,thirst,tongue quality,tongue coating and shortening of diarrhea time in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Renshen Wumei Decoction has a good clinical effect on diarrhea in children with deficiency of Qi and Yin.
