摘要
目的评价在阑尾炎腹腔镜手术患者的临床护理中应用系统护理干预的效果。方法选择2018年12月至2019年12月期间我院接诊的78例阑尾炎腹腔镜手术患者,使用随机数字表法分为两组(39例/组),对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组接受系统护理干预,观察两组阑尾炎腹腔镜手术患者的护理效果。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间(13.41±5.24)h、肛门排气时间(16.35±3.25)h、胃肠道功能恢复时间(33.63±6.72)h、切口愈合时间(8.26±0.45)d、住院时间(9.37±1.51)d均短于对照组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应(切口感染、肺部感染、尿路感染、吻合口瘘、肠梗阻、下肢静脉血栓)发生率(20.51%)低于对照组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的SAS评分(40.25±4.37)分和SDS评分(43.52±4.31)分均小于对照组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阑尾炎腹腔镜手术患者的临床护理中应用系统护理干预的效果确切,可显著降低术后不良反应率并缩短患者的恢复时间。
Objective To evaluate the effect of systematic nursing intervention in clinical nursing of patients with laparoscopic appendicitis.Methods A total of 78 cases of laparoscopic appendicitis patients admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups(39 cases/group)by random number table method.The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the patients in the observation group received systematic nursing intervention.The nursing effect of laparoscopic appendicitis surgery patients in the two groups was observed.Results The recovery time of bowel sound in observation group was(13.41±5.24)hours,the time of anal exhaust was(16.35±3.25)hours,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function was(33.63±6.72)hours,the wound healing time was(8.26±0.45)days,and the hospital stay was(9.37±1.51)days were lower than that in the control group,there were statistically significant differences among groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(incision infection,pulmonary infection,urinary tract infection,anastomotic fistula,intestinal obstruction,lower extremity venous thrombosis)in the observation group(20.51%)was lower than that in the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SAS(40.25±4.37)and SDS(43.52±4.31)in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of systematic nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of patients with appendicitis laparoscopic surgery is effective,which can significantly reduce the postoperative adverse reaction rate and shorten the recovery time of patients.
