摘要
鸡屎藤全身都是宝,兼具药用和食疗功效。用鸡屎藤制作成的美食很多,其中鸡屎藤粑仔汤深受海南人民的喜爱,食用鸡屎藤粑仔更是海南琼海人民的传统饮食习惯。目前,鸡屎藤粑仔作为特色小吃,已成为琼海市的美食标志之一,曾多次获得各种"名小吃奖"的荣誉,在博鳌亚洲论坛等大型活动上更是被作为特色甜品向外宾推介。本文对鸡屎藤功效、营养成分及鸡屎藤粑仔做法进行综述,以推广鸡屎藤粑仔的美食文化。
Paederia scandens is a treasure,not only edible but also medicinal effect.There are many delicacies made of Paederia scandens.Among them,the Paederia scandens cake is deeply loved by the people of Hainan.The streets and alleys have their microcosms.The people in Qionghai,eat Paederia scandens cake is a traditional dietary habit.At present,as a special snack,it has become one of Qionghai’s food symbols and has won various "famous snack awards" many times.In large-scale events,such as the Boao Forum for Asia,it is recommended to foreign vips as a characteristic dessert.This paper summarizes the efficacy,nutritional components and methods of Paederia scandens cake,in order to promote the food culture of Paederia scandens cake.
