摘要
矿业行业对支撑国民经济发展起到关键性作用,智慧矿山是转变煤炭行业发展方式和促进行业高质量发展的引擎驱动力,矿山安全是智慧矿山建设的重要议题之一。数字矿山与智慧矿山建设的背景下,首要任务是提升智慧矿山安全管理水平,安全标准化是实现智慧安全管理的重要驱动力。首先,探析安全标准视域下矿山安全管理的核心概念。其次,构建基于标准的智慧矿山安全管理模型,并剖析其内涵。最后,提出基于标准的智慧矿山安全管理体系。研究表明,安全标准视域下矿山安全管理的本质是基于安全标准的管理活动,基于标准的智慧矿山安全管理模型是实现智慧矿山安全管理的方法与工具,基于标准的智慧矿山安全管理体系是实现智慧矿山安全管理的基础和保障。
The mining industry has played a key role in supporting the development of national economy.The smart mine is the driving force for the development of coal industry and the promotion of high-quality development of the industry.Mine safety is one of the important issues of intelligence mine construction.In the context of digital and smart mines,the primary task is to enhance the level of smart mine safety management,as safety standardization is an important driving force for intelligence safety management.First,the paper explores the core concept of mine safety management under safety standards.Second,it builds the smart mine safety management models based on standards,and analyze its connotation.Finally,the smart mine safety management system based on standard is proposed.Studies have shown that the nature of mine safety management is management activity based on safety standards.The intelligent mine safety management model based on standard is a method and tool and also guarantee for realizing the smart safety management of mine.
