不同产地玉竹中金属元素的水溶特性和含量特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立玉竹中金属元素K、Mg、Fe、Mn和Cu的含量测定方法,探讨玉竹中这5种金属元素的含量特征及水溶特性。方法采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法,对玉竹饮片及其水煎液中金属元素含量进行测定,分析和比较玉竹中金属元素含量差异性,以及在水煎过程中金属元素水溶出特性。结果17批不同产地的中药玉竹中金属元素含量差别较大,湖南产玉竹中的Fe、Mn含量高于其他产地玉竹。陕西产玉竹中K、Cu的含量高于其他产地。玉竹水煎液中各元素含量均低于饮片中的含量,且大小并无一一对应关系。玉竹饮片中各金属元素含量大小依次为K>Mg>Fe>Mn>Cu,水煎液中含量为K>Mg>Mn>Fe>Cu。结论通过建立不同产地玉竹5种金属元素含量测定方法,考察分析各元素的含量差异性及其水溶特性,为玉竹的药材鉴定、质量控制和安全性评价提供参考依据。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of K,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu in Polygonatum odoratum,and to explore the content characteristics and dissolution characteristics of these five metal elements in Polygonatum odoratum.Methods The contents of metal elements in Polygonatum odoratum decoction pieces and their decoction were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.The differences of metal elements in Polygonatum odoratum decoction and the dissolution characteristics of metal elements in the process of decoction were analyzed and compared.Results The contents of metal elements in 17 batches of Polygonatum odoratum from different producing areas were quite different.The contents of Fe,Mn in Polygonatum odoratum from Hunan were higher than those in other producing areas.The content of K,Cu in Polygonatum odoratum from Shanxi were higher than those in other producing areas.The contents of elements in Polygonatum odoratum decoction were lower than those in decoction pieces,and there was no one-to-one correspondence between the sizes.The contents of metal elements in Polygonatum odoratum decoction pieces were K>Mg>Fe>Mn>Cu,and the contents in decoction were K>Mg>Mn>Fe>Cu.Conclusion The determination methods of five metal elements in Polygonatum odoratum from different producing areas were established to investigate and analyze the differences and dissolution characteristics of each element,so as to provide a reference basis for the identification,quality control and safety evaluation of Polygonatum odoratum.
