摘要
目的探讨清胰颗粒联合西医治疗轻症急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2015-09/2018-08月天津市南开医院收治的130例轻症AP患者的临床资料,其中西医治疗65例作为对照组,西医治疗基础上口服清胰颗粒65例作为治疗组。对比分析两组患者腹痛消失时间、腹胀消失时间、肠功能恢复时间、住院天数、血清淀粉酶恢复时间、血清脂肪酶恢复时间、血钙恢复时间、白细胞计数恢复时间、C反应蛋白恢复时间,并记录该患者治疗前、后急性生理学及慢性健康状况评分系统(acute physiology and chronic health evaluation,APACHEⅡ)评分及其差值、炎性细胞因子水平变化、临床治疗效果。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者症状和体征恢复时间,生化指标恢复时间均明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗前、后APACHEⅡ评分及其差值、炎性细胞因子水平变化、临床治疗效果均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清胰颗粒联合西医基础治疗轻症AP,可明显改善患者临床症状,促进机体功能的恢复。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Qingyi granule combined with western medicine in the treatment of mild acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods The clinical data of 130 patients with mild AP treated in author′s hospital from September 2015 to August 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,65 cases treated with western medicine were the control group,and 65 cases treated with Qingyi granule on the basis of western treatment were the treatment group.The disappearance time of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,recovery time of intestinal function,length of hospital stay,recovery time of serum amylase,recovery time of serum lipase,recovery time of blood calcium,recovery time of leukocyte count and recovery time of C-reactive protein were compared and analyzed between the two groups.The acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHEⅡ)score and its difference,the level of inflammatory cytokines and the clinical treatment effect were recorded before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the recovery time of symptoms,signs and biochemical indexes in the treatment group were significantly shorter,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The APACHEⅡ score and its difference,the level of inflammatory cytokines and the clinical treatment effect in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group before and after treatment and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingyi granule combined with western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of body function in the treatment of mild AP.
