肌萎缩侧索硬化—帕金森综合征—痴呆复合征1例 被引量：1

Amyotrophic lateral aclerosis Parkinsonism dementia complex:a case report

摘要 患者,女,57岁,因“记忆力下降5年,伴左侧肢体活动笨拙2个月”于2020年9月7日入院。患者5年前开始出现不愿意劳动等性格改变,后出现迷路、找东西困难等症状。2个月前左侧肢体无明显诱因出现活动缓慢,自觉乏力,左下肢行走拖曳。患者既往无其他病史,否认吸烟、饮酒及有毒物品接触史,家族中无类似疾病史。查体:表情呆板,言语稍含糊,音调低,伸舌居中,舌肌震颤,无舌肌萎缩。
