儿童用药特点及安全性研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 与成人相比,儿童用药安全性问题更为常见,其原因主要为常常缺少疗效相关证据,以及儿科药物的监管批准有限或缺失.安全性问题的根源可发生于不同的层面,如缺少专门调查不同年龄儿童疗效和正确剂量的临床研究结果及证据、缺乏适合年龄的剂型、药物中含有对儿童可能造成伤害的相关成分,以及复杂和高风险的处方流程,因此儿童用药的特点及安全性更值得相关医疗部门和从业人员关注。此文对近年来有关儿童用药特点及安全性的文献进行了系统检索和阅读,对儿童常用药物的特点包括中枢神经的药物、抗菌药物、消化系统用药、呼吸系统用药、激素类药物以及影响安全性的因素等方面进行了总结,以期为临床儿科用药提供一定的参考。
