摘要
心肌纤维化在心血管疾病中发挥重要作用,是多种心血管疾病发展到一定阶段的共同病理改变,其中成纤维细胞的增殖、活化在心肌纤维化的发生及发展中占据主导地位。目前心肌纤维化的具体发病机制尚不完全清楚,认为主要与成纤维细胞、多种细胞因子以及多条信号转导通路有关,其中信号通路在心肌纤维化中发挥重要作用,了解心肌纤维化发病机制中信号通路的作用机制,可为进一步预防心肌纤维化提供靶点,从而达到预防及治疗心脏疾病的目的。
Myocardial fibrosis plays an important role in cardiovascular diseases and is a common pathological change in the development of various cardiovascular diseases to a certain stage.The proliferation and activation of fibroblasts play a dominant role in the occurrence and development of myocardial fibrosis.The specific pathogenesis of myocardial fibrosis is not yet fully understood,the main opinion is that the fibroblasts,multiple factors and multiple signal transduction pathways are involved,and signaling pathways play an important role,so understanding the mechanism of action of signaling pathways in the pathogenesis can provide targets for the further prevention of myocardial fibrosis,thus achieve the purpose of preventing and treating cardiovascular disease.
