摘要
加强师德师风建设是打造高水平双师队伍的客观要求,也是新时代高职院校高质量发展的重要保证,关系到高职院校教师的职业发展以及人才培养质量的提高。文章以福建某高职院校为例,简述当前高职院校师德师风建设存在的问题,并从几个方面探讨新形势下高职院校加强师德师风建设的思路。要完善领导机制,健全师德管理体制;优化制度规范,强化考核监督机制;加强师德教育,提升教师道德素养;强化师德激励,引导教师见贤思齐;采用多种实践载体,注重师德建设实效,强化督查指导。
Strengthening the construction of teachers'morality and style is not only the objective requirement of building a high-level double qualified team,but also an important guarantee for the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges in the new era,which is related to the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges and the improvement of talent training quality.Taking a higher vocational college in Fujian as an example,this paper briefly describes the problems existing in the construction of teachers'ethics and style in higher vocational colleges,and discusses the ideas of strengthening the construction of teachers'ethics and style in higher vocational colleges under the new situation from several aspects.We should improve the leadership mechanism and the management system of teachers'ethics;optimize system norms and strengthen assessment and supervision mechanism;strengthen teachers'moral education and improve teachers'moral quality;strengthen the encouragement of teachers'ethics and guide teachers to look at the good and think of the good;adopt a variety of practice carriers,pay attention to the actual effect of teachers'ethics construction,and strengthen supervision and guidance.
