摘要
改革开放以来,我国煤炭洗选业快速发展,原煤入洗率由1978年的16.70%提升到2020年的74.1%,并取得了许多关键性、突破性的科研成果。面对“双碳”与“智能化”两大变量,全行业要针对长期积累的“痼疾”展开挑战,确立“双碳”形势下的五大新目标,并提出了八个方面的新举措,补齐煤炭元素组成特性、分选机理、设备研发等基础理论研究短板,开创煤炭颠覆性新技术,把煤炭做成清洁能源和高端材料,把煤炭行业做成高精尖技术产业。
Since the reform and opening up,China’s coal washing industry has developed rapidly.The raw coal washing rate has increased from 16.70%in 1978 to 74.1%in 2020,and many key and breakthrough scientific research achievements have been made.Facing the two variables of“dual carbon”and“intellectualization”,the whole industry should challenge the chronic diseases accumulated for a long time,establish five new goals under the dual carbon situation,and put forward eight new measures to supplement the shortcomings of basic theoretical research such as coal element composition characteristics,separation mechanism and equipment research and development,create subversive new technologies for coal,and make coal into clean energy and high-end materials,Turn the coal industry into a high-tech industry.
