亚洲黑熊冬眠前后生理生化差异 被引量:1

Physiological and Biochemical Differences in Asian Black Bears(Ursus thibetanus)Before and After Hibernation

摘要 2020年11月—2021年3月,通过非损伤性采样收集亚洲黑熊(Ursus thibetanus)冬眠前后的粪便样品,并使用酶联免疫吸附测定法和微量法测定2个时期样品的36项生理生化指标,从而研究黑熊在冬眠前后生理生化水平的差异,分析黑熊在冬季的生理适应情况。结果表明:黑熊在冬眠前后瘦素等12项指标发生显著变化,其中甘油三酯等4项指标发生极显著变化。冬眠期间能量利用主要从碳水化合物转变为脂质、体内新陈代谢和体温降低,苏醒后身体需要迅速恢复正常活动等方面皆与冬眠前后生理生化水平的变化密切相关。 From November 2020 to March 2021,non-invasive sampling was conducted to collect feces samples of Asian black bear(Ursus thibetanus)before and after hibernation,and 36 physiological and biochemical indicators of the samples in the two periods were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and trace method.Through the analysis,the differences of physiological and biochemical levels of black bears before and after hibernation were studied,and the physiological adaptation of black bears in winter was analyzed.The results showed that 12 indices including leptin have changed significantly before and after hibernation,and that 4 indices including triglycerides differed significantly to an even greater extent.The change in energy utilization from carbohydrates to lipids during hibernation,the decrease in body temperature and metabolism,and the need for the body to rapidly resume normal activities after hibernation were all associated with the differences in physiological and biochemical before and after hibernation.
